Can you follow my specific washing, drying, and folding preferences?
Absolutely. Your laundry should be cared for your way. Let us know your preferences when scheduling a pickup or dropping off your order, including no bleach, cold-water washing, low-heat drying, hang-drying, color separation, and special folding instructions. Ironing, pressing, and specialty-item care are also available for an additional charge.
How does pickup and delivery work?
Schedule your pickup online or through our mobile app and choose an available time window. We’ll collect your laundry, weigh and check in your order, follow your care instructions, and notify you as it moves through the process.
Once everything is professionally cleaned and folded, we’ll deliver it back to your door in one of our signature, complimentary cotton laundry bags, which can be reused for future orders.
What should I expect when dropping off my laundry?
Bring your laundry to our store at 971 Columbus Avenue, between West 107th and 108th Streets. Our team will weigh and check in your order, review any special instructions, and securely label it for tracking. You’ll receive a notification when your laundry is ready for pickup.
What happens in the rare event that I’m not satisfied with my order?
Your trust matters to us. If something does not meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll review the concern and work to make it right through a rewash or refund when applicable.
